Los Angeles act Quadeca rolled through Chicago earlier this month to Thalia Hall.

The sold-out show is the act’s third largest show on the tour and brought along Michander’s Rozey to open the gig. Quadeca, who is singer Benjamin Lasky, took the stage by raising a boat’s sail to begin the introduction to “No Questions Asked,” an instrumental song which clocks in at almost six minutes, and also kicks off their new album Vanisher, Horizon Scraper which came out over the summer. Other tracks from it that were performed includes: “Godstained,” “Monday,” and “Forgone.”
With the LP being fully produced, written and performed by Lasky, it showcases an illustration of the impressive musicianship of the young artist.
