Seether came to the Windy City earlier this month on their ‘The Surface Seems So Far’ tour.

The hard rock act brought new and former hard rock favorites on this run. Kami Kehoe is new to the scene as an engaging female vocalist with an edge. P.O.D. brought the nu-metal riffs and Daughtry played iconic pop staples such as “It’s Not Over” while presenting his modern metalcore sound.

South African act Seether performed an almost era-esque set. Pulling songs from various albums over the years, compared to their last Chicago show from earlier this year, where they played primarily singles. The set list included “Wasteland,” an acoustic version of “Broken,” “Fake It,” and “Country Song.”
